Dr. Mollee O'Day

Dear Mission Students, Parents, Staff, and Community,

It is with great honor that I serve as the principal of Mission Elementary. I am thrilled to be part of this exceptional community, known for its dedication to student success and its vibrant school spirit.

My journey in education spans over 20 years, during which I have had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, a school counselor, and an administrator. These diverse roles have provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the developmental and educational needs of students. My experience has solidified my belief that a successful school is one built on a foundation of strong relationships, a supportive environment, and a shared commitment to high academic standards.

As we progress through this school year together, I am eager to continue to build upon the strong foundation in place at Mission. 

We will maintain a relentless focus on continued growth in reading and mathematics. Through collaborative teacher teams, data-informed instruction, and multi-tiered systems of support, we will work to ensure every student is making significant academic progress and is equipped with the foundational skills for lifelong learning.

I am a firm believer that education is a partnership between the school, our parents, and the community. Your involvement is crucial to our students' success. I look forward to meeting you and working together. My door is always open, and I welcome your conversation and collaboration.
